What you'll do

  • Responsible for implementing and driving the company's strategic goals
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing company’s product support activities
  • Responsible for managing cross functional initiatives including client implementations/setup
  • Responsible for managing key partnerships and re-seller activities
  • Ensure all staff requests are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progressuntil resolved
  • Manage key client relationships
  • Lead organizational hires by developing job postings, screening candidates and new hire orientation and checklist
  • Collect, organize and disseminate information from functional team units and report to the CEO on progress
  • Monitor our progress on quarterly goals and key performance metrics
  • Help with preparing CEO for critical client or prospect meetings
  • Maintain, update and monitor internal processes to optimize and manage organizational activities
  • Help keep the company organized as we scale!

What you'll need:

  • You finished with at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • Have worked at least for 5+ years, preferably in SaaS companies
  • You have demonstrated a balance between strategic thinking and executing and a high level of accountability
  • You are proud of your ability to quickly diagnose problem causes, distill and communicate complex information for different audiences and mobilize solutions or improvements as necessary
  • You enjoy the thrill of working in a startup environment which will require your ability to be proactive, self-motivation, time management and quick thinking
  • Your attention to detail is one of your top strengths
  • You're proud of your written and verbal communication skills

What you can expect

  • Directly working with the CEO and exposure to C-level meetings
  • Exposure to the vast day-to-day activities in a startup (from product to marketing to sales to implementation to customer success to financing and everything in between))
  • Some North American travel to visit key client relationships from time to time
  • Building direct experience on scaling a high-tech investor backed SaaS business
